The topics and issues that are affecting humanitarian workers’ mental and emotional health

Dear friends,

I know your time is valuable, so I’ll get right to the point.

I need your advice. I am putting the finishing touches on a new mental and emotional health preventive service for humanitarian workers. Basically, the humanitarian workers will be able to attend daily virtual workshops from anywhere, live or replays, led by licensed Canadian mental health professionals on various topics and issues affecting their professional and social lives. As experts, the mental health providers will present the topics and issues which are affecting us daily and creating stress, anxiety or even depression, if we don’t know how to manage our mind and emotions. For privacy, attendees will be anonymous and unable to see and talk to other attendees, but will be able to send questions to the presenter. As we are getting ready to launch this service, we want to make sure we don’t leave anything out, so we need your input. Can you let me know what you think are the biggest professional and social topics and issues that are affecting humanitarian workers’ mental and emotional health? It could be anything you can think of. All you have to do is type your answers in the box below and click submit. If you are interested, please provide your email to be notified of updates (optional).

Your input is valued and appreciated.
