Supporting leaders who put the health and security of their humanitarian workers at the centre of their organizations’ objectives.
The Psychosocial Care Unit: Mental Health Support for Humanitarian and Not-for-Profit Organizations
Humanitarian and Not-for-Organizations can request access to the e-Care Anywhere Psychosocial Care Unit (PCU)—a dedicated service supporting the mental health and well-being of humanitarian staff and volunteers, both locally and internationally. As a focal point and subject matter expert on mental health in high-stress field environments, the PCU partners with HR departments to deliver strategic support including pre-departure and return talks, crisis interventions, resilience training, referrals to vetted mental health professionals, and help navigating insurance claims. e-Care Anywhere works closely with organizational leadership to embed duty of care into policies, provide ongoing psychosocial resources, and enhance the overall mental health culture within your organization. Our goal is to contribute to quality care and sustainable support systems for those doing critical frontline work.
