Responsibilities

As an Appointment Setter, you will support a Benefits Specialist with e-Care Anywhere by calling members regarding their permanent benefits and scheduling appointments with a licensed representative. You will be provided with a list of members who have requested to be contacted about their benefits.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Make high-volume outbound phone calls

  • Communicate clearly and professionally using a script to schedule appointments

  • Meet a minimum daily call quota

  • Set a minimum number of qualified appointments per day for the Benefits Representative

  • Create a strong first impression and build quick rapport over the phone

  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently for the assigned agent

  • Send confirmation emails to the sales representative once appointments are booked

  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and be coached

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting is preferred

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Must have completed or be currently enrolled in a university program (active student)

Position Schedule:

  • First Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

  • Second Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM EST

  • Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST
